Oscar Lugumamu is the Data Management Officer. He oversees data collection, management, analysis, and reporting activities. Oscar has a strong professional background with experience from organizations like MDH, FHI 360, and THESA.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies, specializing in Social Sciences, from Kampala International University. In his role, Oscar uses his expertise to ensure accurate and efficient data handling, supporting informed decision-making within the organization.
