Phoibe Keu serves Apotheker as a Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer. She is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing MEL data systems to ensure accurate indicator reporting within the project. Phoibe has extensive experience in data management, analysis, and capacity building.
Phoibe has previously worked with several programs including the Association of Private Health Facilities in Tanzania (APHFTA) and DOCTORS WITH AFRICA. Phoibe holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Dar es Salaam.
