Kelvin Msovela  serves Apotheker as a Pharmaceutical Services Officer. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing pharmaceutical related programs. Kelvin had previously supported  several programs including  HPSS, RBA Initiative, MSH, MDH  in implementing several programs relating to Pharmaceuticals, Implementation and roll out of Prime Vendor System, the Medical Dispenser Course, iCHF, and AMR.  Kelvin holds a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from St John’s University of Tanzania.
